In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the charged facts of assault of this case on the ground that there is no proof of facts constituting the crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience, or

On the other hand, although the prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor did not state specific grounds for objection in the petition of appeal or appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
