Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Do Government District Court, and a fine of one million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Do Government District Court on September 21, 2012.

On June 19, 2013, at around 22:54, the Defendant driven a car B i30 meters from the Mannam-dong from Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to the same Mannam-do while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.065%.
