A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. From September 4, 2012 to 21:30 on September 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went to the house of the victim E in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, D 201; and (b) opened the gas pipeline on the outer wall of the building to the second floor in his/her hand, and opened his/her windows with a view to removing the shock net by hand; and (c) opened his/her hand, the Defendant came to have one panty panty of female panty of the victim E, who was placed in his/her clothes with a rapid line that had been laid back to the outside wall of the building.

B. On June 4, 2013, around 2:00, the Defendant came to the house of the victim B, a member of Ansan-si, F 204, and opened the gas pipeline on the outer wall of the building, up to two floors, and opened the shock network of the window by hand, and opened the rode, which is in a way to open the window, to the window, and came to have the panty 4 panty line owned by the victim B, which was in the building stand.
