Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:55 on July 5, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.223%, proceeded with approximately 500 meters from the front apartment road to the front road of the sea frequency of the sea in the same Ri, the Defendant driven Bone Star-gun motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.223%.

On July 5, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) was a person engaging in driving of Bone Star Motor Vehicle. Around 18:55, the Defendant was driving the said motor vehicle, driving the said motor vehicle on the right side of Bone Star Motor Vehicle, and driving the road in front of Bone Star Motor Vehicle at the right side of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., where he was in the right side of the road at the right side of the road, as described in paragraph (1), while he was negligent in performing the duty of front-way and right side drinking in the same direction due to negligence in the course of business, and was walking the road at the right side of the victim C (n, 30 years old) who was walking the road at the right side of the motor vehicle driving by the Defendant, thereby getting the victim to suffer injuries and tensions to the left side of the road requiring treatment for about two weeks, and immediately stopping the road and take necessary measures, such as providing relief.

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act shall not be less than that of the provisional payment order.
