A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Fraudulent of money for Internet goods;

Accordingly, the defendant, alone or in collusion with D, acquired the victims' property.

2. Inducement of minors;

A. The Defendant and E, in mind, intended to commit the act of fraud of online goods by using the victim’s student card, mobile phone, and the victim’s account. On December 25, 2019, the Defendant sold the MAX around 10S mobile phone.
