A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2012 with respect to the division of inherited property D attached by the deceased defendant, the defendant prepared a "agreement on division of inherited property" under the agreement with other successors of the defendant, but changed the contents of the agreement and decided to acquire excessive inherited property contrary to the existing agreement.

1. On March 2012, the Defendant changed a private document: (a) to inherit only part of the Defendant’s attached property D’s attached at the Defendant’s office located in the Dongjak-gu Police Officer, and (b) possess a “written agreement on the division of inherited property” signed and sealed by G, H, I, J, and F, the Defendant’s family members; (c) using a computer and fluoring machine at an empty space at the bottom of the “mark of inherited property” of the said written agreement at the same time using the computer and fluoring machine at least 361 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do; (d) Dong L field 363 square meters; (e) 15,967 square meters; (e) 23,306 square meters of a forest in the Dong office; and (e) 33,818 square meters of a forest in the Dong office; (e) 1,316 square meters of a residential building; (e) -200 square meters of a residential building and 664 square meters of a building.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant modified the “Agreement on Division of Inherited Property” in the name of G, H, I, J, and F, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. Around March 27, 2012, the Defendant’s uttering of a modified private document filed an application for ownership transfer registration with respect to real estate, such as 361 square meters, located in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, which was modified in accordance with paragraph (1) from the office of registry office of the Dong-gu District Court of the Dong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the employees of the office of “T certified judicial scrivener” who are not aware of such circumstance.
