1. On December 12, 2016, around 11:15, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with the victim F (50 years of age) and G, who is a cafeteria Eccom, working together with the victim, who was working together with the victim in the Southern-gun C, in the same way as D in the Southern-gun C, went beyond the victim’s face by drinking, and went beyond the victim’s face by drinking.
