A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 878] The Defendant served as an employee of the Korean Agricultural Cooperative in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do from November 1, 2001 to November 18, 201, and was in charge of deposit and withdrawal.

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On February 15, 2013, the Defendant prepared a written claim for a deposit in the name C with the content of terminating the deposit (D) in the name C in the name of the said U.S. Agricultural Cooperative, and entered the amount column ‘‘(28159618’s, and affix C’s seal prepared in advance to his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of deposit claim in C name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the above paragraph (a) above, exercised the written request for a forged deposit to the said POE, which was aware of such forgery, as if it were a document duly formed.

On February 20, 2013, the Defendant prepared a written claim for a deposit in the name C with the content of terminating the deposit (F) in the name C in the name C, and entered the amount column ‘‘(31296316’’ in the name C’, and affix a C seal prepared in advance to the name C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of deposit claim in C name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

(d)

Defendant 1, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (c), exercised a false deposit claim against the said POE as if it were a document duly formed.

E. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant prepared a written application for the use of G’s CD/ATM insurance contract loan in the said U.S.C., stating that it is ‘‘(G’s name is attached to the applicant column, and marked the G’s seal prepared in advance in the name adjacent to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for the use of the CD/ATR insurance contract loan in the name of G, a private document related to rights and obligations.
