Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 300,000 won for a fine of 1 million won for the same crime at the same court on June 23, 2015, and was sentenced to a summary order of 200,000 won for the same crime on December 5, 2015, which became final and conclusive on May 14, 2007. In addition, the Defendant was subject to a summary order of 3 million won for the crime of injury at the Busan District Court on May 14, 2007; the summary order of 1 million won for the same crime at the same court on October 1, 2007; the summary order of 50,000 won for the same crime was issued at the same court on June 23, 2009; the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 20,000 won for the same crime of assault at the same court on November 10, 2010.

On January 31, 2016, at around 01:45, the Defendant expressed to the victim B (n) who is a principal business owner in the packing fro in Busan Special Metropolitan City, Busan Special Metropolitan City, the Busan Special Metropolitan City, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant expressed that “I am hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp, and hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hy on the floor of the victim.” The Defendant expressed that “I hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp hyp h.”

Accordingly, the defendant habitually assaulted victims.
