On February 3, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 500,000 won as a fine for fraud; on July 21, 2006, the Seoul Eastern District Court issued a summary order of 500,000 won as a fine; on July 28, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 300,000 won as a penalty for fraud at the Seoul East East East Eastern District Court on October 13, 2006; on January 18, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 90,000 won as a fine at the Busan Western District Court on July 26, 2007; on March 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 500,000 won as a fine at the Busan Western District Court on July 26, 2007, and was sentenced to a summary order of 500,000 won as a fine.
