A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On April 24, 2009, the Defendant forged the letter of application and arrangement to Hyundai Capital Capital Co., Ltd., and the Defendant at the same events without authority in the above Ccafeteria, and without authority in the name column of the paper for application and arrangement to perform the works of Hyundai Capital Capital Co., Ltd. with the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant is “D”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the business operator number column, “K” in the business operator number column, “A restaurant located in the business in Chungcheong City B” in the actual residence column, “M” in the resident registration place column, “M” in the workplace address column, “B” in the workplace telephone column, “I” in the workplace telephone column, and “C restaurant” and the position column in the workplace telephone column.
