Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of each real estate indicated in the attached list 1) The name “C” was changed from around 1973 to the Daejeon Fdong-gu in around 1989 (see evidence 8 of the attached Table 8) by the name “C” (the name appears to have been changed from the Daejeon-gun in 1935). (ii) The area of the forest land in the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon-gu in the original forest register was changed to the area of 2,182 square meters, and the area was changed to the area of 1,886 square meters on July 8, 2016.
(hereinafter referred to as “forest land before the instant partition,” and “A” No. 1-3) The forest land before the instant partition was divided on July 14, 2017 and the area was reduced to 644m2 (attached Form 1).
At that time, Gap evidence No. 7 and Gap evidence No. 8-1) and 234 square meters among the forests and fields in this case before the instant partition shall be deemed Hate-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and 1,008 square meters among the forests and fields before the instant partition is the real estate No. 3 in attached Table No. 1.
