A. The Plaintiffs applied for the second bar examination conducted from January 4, 2013 to the 8th day of the same month with professional law school graduates (hereinafter “instant examination”) and acquired the following points.
B. On April 26, 2013, the Defendant held the Bar Examination Management Committee (hereinafter “Management Committee”) to determine the passing criteria of the instant examination as follows, who is at least 762.03 points at the total point of 762.03 from among the applicants who were exempted from the passing of the instant examination (less than 40% of the full score of each subject), and accordingly, issued 1,538 of the total applicants as successful applicants, and issued a decision to reject each of the Plaintiffs who fall short of the above passing criteria (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
