Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and on December 22, 2015, from the Daejeon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
