Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated the following as follows: (b) at the office of the Defendant’s office located in Jungcheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (C 805) and without authority, the Defendant: (c) stated as follows: “The amount of rent, the amount of loan: KRW 3,00,000, the date of loan: July 11, 2008; (d) the due date: August 31, 2008; (e) the interest rate: 1% per month; (d) the said date; and (e) agreed that the Defendant shall repay the loan on the due date; and (e) stated as “The borrower: D: the number of residents; (e) the address; f. 122 dong-gu, Sungnam-si; and (e) made the signature and seal of D’s rights and obligations under the name of the above D’s name at his own discretion; and (e) made the signature and seal of D’s name under the above D’s name.
On May 13, 2013, the Defendant used the forged loan certificate by submitting the above loan certificate to the officer in charge who is aware of the forgery at the 75 Suwon-dong District Court of Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong.
2. On May 2013, the Defendant agrees that the Defendant shall pay off the money borrowed from A on July 11, 2008 and take any measures from A by the time he/she fails to perform his/her duties at the end of his/her residence, by using a computer without authority, for the purpose of uttering, at the end of his/her residence, and by using the computer for the purpose of uttering: D, resident number E: address: 122 Dong 501, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and on July 11, 2008.
‘A, 3,00,00,000, one million won for the receipt form purchased from the original store on July 15, 2008 at the bottom: D'; after entering the name "D on July 15, 200," affixing the seal of the above D name on the side of the above D's name to forge a letter in the name of the private document concerning rights and obligations; and continuously affixing the seal on the receipt form purchased from the original store, using a stamping pen: D, issuer, and date of issuance: July 11, 2008; and then affixing the seal of the above D's name on the rights and obligations, the name of D, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.
