At around 22:00 on February 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in the packaging flag operated by the victim E (the age of 58) on the street in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (b) sought to find out who is within 58 years of age; (c) in the packaging flag operated by the victim E (the age of 58) on the street in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (d) taken a flag with a special unit; (d) taken a view to: (e) flaging a citizen who assaults the citizen; (e) 50,000 won; and (e) flaging the victim’s flag and selling, etc.
