1. The head of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government takes measures to authorize the establishment of the K Housing Reconstruction Project Association on July 29, 2016.

Details of the disposition

On October 25, 2010, the head of the Defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government formulated a “O master plan” that designates the Seocho-gu Seoul N Ilbu 136,000 square meters as a zone for the maintenance of detached housing, and publicly announced it as P on November 25, 2010.

On July 29, 2016, the head of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “head of Seocho-gu”) approved the establishment of the Korea Housing Reconstruction and Improvement Project Promotion Committee for the purpose of implementing the instant project pursuant to Article 16 of the former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 14567, Feb. 8, 2017; hereinafter referred to as the “Urban Improvement Act”).
