A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 9, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 04:00 to 05:00 on February 9, 2018, the Defendant came to play a game room of the gameland operated by the Buddhist victim in Yong-Namnam-gun B; (b) opened the electric wires prepared in advance with the entrance, and intrudes into the locking device hand by putting them up with the entrance; and (c) came to theft with the total sum of KRW 397,600,00 in the face-to-face, which was kept in custody in the locking machine installed therein.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. Around February 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, at the same time and place between 04:00 to 05:00 on February 19, 2018, and came to fall under the foregoing paragraph (1). Around February 19, 2018, the Defendant invaded on the said structure in the same manner as prescribed in the foregoing paragraph (1) and stolen the same amount equivalent to KRW 240,00,000 in total, which was kept in custody in the exchange for the purchase

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. From March 5, 2018 to 05:00 on March 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into the E Gameland entertainment room (the operator and the trade name change in the C Gameland referred to in paragraph (1)) operated by the victim D located in Yong-Namnam-gun; (b) up to 04:00 on March 5, 2018, the Defendant intruded the electric wires prepared in advance at the entrance, thereby leading up to the loss of locking devices; and (c) infringed upon the electric wires at the entrance; and (d) took a total of KRW 300,000,000, which was kept in storage of the locking machine installed therein.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

4. Crimes committed on May 2, 2018.

A. On May 2, 2018, around 06:50 on May 2, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the said structure in the same manner as that of the foregoing paragraph (3).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another person's structure.

B. The Defendant has a total of KRW 600,000, which was kept in custody in the exchange season established at the place under the above paragraph (a) at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
