A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a D rocketing car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.185% from the 50-meter section to the C convenience store located at the same time, from the 20-meter section from the 3rd-do, Mancheon-si to the 3rd-do road located at the same time.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person engaged in driving DNA rocketing automobiles.
