A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) around 23:54, the Defendant driven Bcopi-sports cargo without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 500 meters of blood alcohol level from the front of the Japanese class road in front of the day-to-day movement at Jeju to the third-distance road located in the same city-to-day 14 meters from the day-to-day road; and (b) under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.185%.

2. On June 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) was driving a Bcoon sports cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.185% at around 23:54, while driving it, the Defendant was proceeding bypassing from C to D a three-lane front of the 14-distance distance from C to D at Jeju.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was drunk, was unable to walk safely and properly walk the horses, was faced with the injury of the victim E (the 43-year-old driver’s seat in the driver’s seat of the said cargo vehicle, following the driver’s seat of the victim E (the 43-year-old driver), who was going to drive directly from the above T-distance on the 3-day-distance side due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered from the injury of the victim, such as a flost, etc., which had no one in two open for three weeks of medical treatment.
