Defendant

A as a manager of the Call Center of Telecommunications Financial Fraud Group, provided telephone services while soliciting and managing team members, allocated personal information of victims who will use for a crime and the account number (Account Book) to team members after being transferred from the JJ of the Telecommunications Financial Fraud Group to receive money from victims, and led them to deceiving many and unspecified victims in Korea as the so-called “Sing” method.

Defendant

B and Defendant C, as an employee of the aforesaid “M Team,” and Defendant D, as an employee of the said “L Team, was in charge of deceiving each of the unspecified victims in the Republic of Korea.

According to the division of the above roles, the Defendants, along with the non-name assistance staff, misrepresentation of the staff of financial institutions such as Hyundai Capital, etc. by calling calls to many and unspecified victims in the Republic of Korea, and the victims are required to receive loans.
