Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the participants of the demonstration including the Defendant, etc. were prohibited from engaging in the night demonstration from July 10, 201 to 00:26, on the grounds that it is a night demonstration that is prohibited from the reduction of the chief of the first club guard division of the Seoul National Police Agency and is an unreported assembly, and thus, the order of dispersion was rejected even if the order of dispersion was issued at least 00:26 on the same day on the grounds that it is a night demonstration and an unreported assembly.
