Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the head of the National Democratic Trade Union B, and was in charge of the lead of participants in C at the time of the second and third desired bus.

1. A second desired bus:

A. On July 9, 201, from around 21:20 to 22:50 on July 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) started a square at the Seocho-dong Busan Metropolitan City from around 21:20 to around 22:50 on July 9, 201; and (b) was driving around approximately 4.2 km in the middle-gu, Southern-gu, Southern-gu, the area front of the department store, which accounts for the front side of the water source located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seodo-dong capital through the Youngdo-do, in order to go to the destination as the destination.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by jointly driving with the participants in common.

(b) A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall report to the chief of the competent police station in advance, and the chief of the competent police station, etc. shall request the voluntary dispersion of the assembly or demonstration which has not been reported within a reasonable time, and if he/she fails to comply with such request, the dispersion order may be ordered. All participants in the assembly or demonstration in receipt of the dispersion order

The participants of the demonstration including the Defendant continued to conduct the demonstration by up to 15:30 on the following day, including the fact that the chief of the competent police station did not report it to the chief of the competent police station, and that the demonstration took place as described in the paragraph (a) and took place in front of the above water sources, and going out for relief.

Accordingly, the Seoul National Police Agency EF requested voluntary dispersion around July 9, 201 on the ground that the demonstration was not reported to the participants of the demonstration such as the defendant, etc., and ordered voluntary dispersion on four occasions from the beginning of the voluntary dispersion order around 23:16 to 00:26 of the following day.

However, the participants of the demonstration including the Defendant did not comply with the dispersion order.
