Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness, etc.:

1. 특수 상해, 의료법위반 피고인은 2020. 6. 29. 11:00 경 전주시 완산구 B에 있는 C 병원에서 위 병원 정신의 학과 과장인 피해자 D( 여, 53세) 가 피고 인의 입원을 허락하여 주지 않았다는 이유로 화가 나 피해자가 다른 환자를 진료 중이 던 위 병원 정신의학과 진료실 안까지 들어가 위험한 물건인 휴대전화를 손에 쥔 채 피해자의 머리를 수회 때리고, 피해자가 이를 방어하기 위해 팔을 올리자 다시 위 휴대전화로 피해자의 팔 부위를 수회 때려 피해자에게 약 3 주간의 치료가 필요한 열린 두개 내 상처가 없는 진탕 등의 상해를 가하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while carrying dangerous objects, inflicted an injury on the victim, and at the same time, assaulted the medical personnel engaging in medical practice at a place where medical practice is performed, thereby causing injury.

2. Injury or interference with business;

A.
