The sentence of punishment shall be suspended against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2015, Defendant A had two employees, including workers E, perform the work of dismantling asbestos at the site of a company B performing the work of dismantling, removing, or replacingD asbestos, located in Busan Jin-gu C, which is responsible for the safety management of employees under his/her control.

(a) If a business owner requires workers to engage in asbestos dismantling and removal works, he/she must provide personal protective outfits, such as dustproof straw, protective clothes, protective shoes, and protective shoes; however, he/she requires the removal of asbestos residues without wearing personal protective outfits;

B. Although a business owner is required to have an employee engage in asbestos dismantling or removal works, he/she is required to remove part of the wall, floor studs, and ceiling studs, such as vinyl, etc., and remove part of the wall, floor studs, floor studs, etc., which are part of asbestos dismantling or removal works, in order to dismantle or remove the wall, floor studs, floor, and ceiling strings;
