Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an individual removal business operator who employs four full-time workers. The defendant is a personal business operator who is performing the removal work of the personal house located in B in the same year after being awarded a contract of KRW 3 million from the building owner C, and a person in charge of overall management of the affairs concerning the safety and health of the employees belonging to the above site.

(1) A business owner shall, after verifying the results of asbestos inspection before dismantling or removing asbestos, establish a plan for dismantling or removing asbestos, including procedures for and methods of asbestos, methods of removing and removing asbestos, measures for workers' protection, etc. and post a sign informing that asbestos is being treated or dismantled at the entrance or place where asbestos is easily seen by workers. (3) If a business owner intends to have workers engage in dismantling or removing asbestos, he/she shall provide personal protective equipment, such as dustproof rain, etc. to the place where the place of work is connected or adjacent to the place of work for dismantling or removing asbestos, and (5) Where a business owner performs dismantling or removing the roof containing asbestos, he/she shall install sanitary equipment, such as removing dust, shower, and working pit, and implements necessary therefor; and (6) Where he/she performs dismantling or removing asbestos, he/she shall directly pollute the dismantled roof or remove it into land; and shall do so with seals or water-containing materials contained therein; and (7) remove or remove asbestos from the place where it is performed by cleaning or removing asbestos.
