On February 2, 2020, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell KF94 7,000,000 won or more to 12 million won or more” to the victim G who had contacted the Defendant, after having access to the Internet EF site using a mobile phone, and after having opened the Internet EF site on the bulletin board.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not secure Mask and did not have any way to secure Masksk, and even if he received Mask sales money under the pretext of the money, he did not have the intention or ability to supply Masksk because he thought to be used for personal purposes such as repayment of debt.

In the end, the Defendant received KRW 12 million from the victim’s Hbank account (I) in the name of the Defendant, as well as from that time to February 14, 2020.
