Punishment of the crime

놨다하고 진열대에 걸터앉아 빵을 먹으며 “야, 여기 김치 가지고 와라, 담배 가져와라, 내가 계산을 다 해주면 되는 거 아이가”라고 큰소리치며 소란을 피우고 다른 손님의 112 신고로 경찰관이 출동하자 “다 쳐먹어라”고 말하며 주머니의 지폐를 꺼내어 피해자에게 집어 던지고 계속하여 빵 값 계산이 다 되었으니 빵집에서 나가 줄 것을 수차례 요청받았음에도 진열대에 앉아 빵을 손으로 만지는 등 행패를 부려 약 15분간 위력으로 피해자의 정당한 제과점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
