Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 13, 2017, the Defendant insultd victims publicly by publicly speaking “Isk-in Busan Police, Hask-in, Isk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, sk-in, and skin sk-in,” while the Defendant received 112 reports and sent back to the site,” which read “Isk-in, Isk-in, sk-in, and skin.”

The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was unable to challenge a taxi driver who parked a taxi in the surrounding area under the influence of alcohol at the same time and place as paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) the general public who passed away without good cause.

Accordingly, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at a place where many people frequent, led to the other person without any justifiable reason.
