Criminal facts

1. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses from the victim E (n, 28 years of age) on the side tables at the D main points located in Yasan-gu, Yasan-si on the 3:50th day of December 31, 2015, to request the victim E (n, 28 years of age) to smoke in a tobacco; and (b) took place from the male victim F (n, 30 years of age) for drinking and flapan; (c) took place from the male victim F (n, 30 years of age) on several occasions; (d) flapan, the victim E, who restrains this, took the head of the victim E with his panty, and continued to restrain it; and (d) flapan, etc. one time at the victim G (n, 29 years of age) who took the face of the victim E (n, 29 years of age) who took the flapan.
