1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,189,014 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 20, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 20, 2012, the Plaintiff agreed to comply with the credit union credit transaction basic terms and conditions, respectively, by setting the interest rate of KRW 450,000,000 on June 20, 201 and the interest rate of KRW 17% per annum on June 20, 2017.

B. After the Defendant repaid KRW 407,384,304 by October 27, 2014, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the failure to repay the principal amount of KRW 40,189,014 and interest from May 20, 2013. The applicable interest rate as of October 27, 2014 is 5.85%.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining principal of KRW 40,189,014 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum within the agreed interest rate, as the Plaintiff seeks from May 20, 2013 to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
