Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person without a certain occupation who has joined the Internet web hard file reading (www.ftiledo.com) website as a member of ID’s “U”, “C” and “C”.

On March 18, 2014, the Defendant sent 16 obscene materials, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, in a cyber book file reading (www.ftiledok.com) from the VPC room, to ID “C” and distributed 16 obscene materials, the sexual act of which is permanently recorded, as in the list of crimes in the attached Table, such as W, etc., to an unspecified number of people.
