Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, as to the defendants, two years have passed from the date of confirmation of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On April 3, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim’s Franchising from the Franchising in the Franchising of the Victim E’s Management D located in Pranchising, as if the Defendant would work in the said ranchising bar, and, on the other hand, received KRW 2 million from the victim to the post office account (G) account in the name of the Defendant on April 4, 2017.

B. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C and the victim I’s I managementJ located in Simpo-si H, 2017, stating that “The victims will work at the above main office, and will work for a period of three months on the face of the week,” and received three million won from the victims to the above post office account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

On May 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported on May 17, 2017, at the Defendant’s residence located in K apartment site, that the victim N, who operates the Ma week located in the Gunsan City L, sought an employee, and (b) made a phone call to the victim; and (c) on August 18, 2017, at the P Attorney-at-Law’s office located in the Gunsan CityO, the Defendant made a false statement that “the victim will work at the main office of the Gunsan city; and (d) received KRW 3 million from the victim to the above post office account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.”

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive the property.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement that “The victims would work at the above main point in the He, C, and I’s operation of the H, 2nd floor; and (b) received KRW 4 million from the victims to the Saemaul Savings Depository account in the name of the Defendant on the same day on the same day.”

B. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant is the victim N who operates a main store located in Ma in Gunsan City L in his/her residence located in K Apartment-si, Ma.
