1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Basic facts are the company that mainly engages in the supply of electrical and electronic products and parts, and the plaintiff is employed by the research institute affiliated with the defendant on March 13, 2017.
The employee retired on September 11, 2018 is the employee retired.
At around 14:30 on March 29, 2017, the president of the research institute affiliated with the Defendant, in the course of measuring the time when the Plaintiff was using the ship, he assaults the Plaintiff by making the test a single time, as the Plaintiff was found to have taken the test, and by making a proper measurement of the test conducted by the Plaintiff during measuring the time when the ship was using the ship, the president of the research institute affiliated with the Defendant committed an indecent act against the Plaintiff by force by using the Plaintiff’s head and thirthm distance as his hand.
