Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the express bus B at a speed of about 30 km from the west-gu, Daejeon to the speed of about 30 km in the old middle ginseng distance from the west-gu, Daejeon.

Since there is a four-distance intersection where a red on-and-off signal is installed, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service has a vehicle passing through the intersection by checking well the right and the right after temporarily stopping in accordance with the new code, and to safely drive the vehicle in advance to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not temporarily stop in violation of the signal and received the front part of the bus operated by the Defendant on the right side of the victim C (W, 27 years old and older) driving in accordance with the yellow on-and-off signal from the left side of the course direction to the right side.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, such as salt, tension, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires two weeks’ medical treatment, on the part of the victim E (n, 95 years old) who was on board the said Lone Star (n, 65 years old), on the part of the victim E (n, 65 years old), on the part of the victim E (n, 65 years old), on the part of the victim F (n, f5 years old), on the part of the victim in need of two weeks’ medical treatment, and on the part of the victim E (n, 66 years old), on the part of the victim E (n, f6 years old), on the part of the victim E (n, f6 years old), on the part of the victim E in need of two weeks’ medical treatment, and on the part of the victim (n, f1 year old), on the part of the victim (n, f1 year old-old)’s tension and tension in need of two weeks medical treatment.
