1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 144,504,720 and KRW 49,99,930 among them, Defendant A shall be from August 13, 2013 to April 11, 2014.

A. The Plaintiff is an executor of a business that constructs and sells a dtel on the ground of the C in lusium (hereinafter “instant officetel”).

(2) Around February 7, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant B to purchase KRW 126,609,260 of the sales price (hereinafter “B contract”) with the instant officetel 906 (hereinafter “instant officetel 906”).

C.1) Defendant A pays to the Plaintiff the down payment of KRW 18,508,560 (including KRW 5,00,000 on December 24, 201; KRW 13,508,560 on December 26, 201; KRW 13,678,080 on intermediate payment; KRW 18,508,560 on December 18, 200 (the intermediate payment of KRW 17,250,00) KRW 18,50 on 197, KRW 209, KRW 209, KRW 30,560 on 29, KRW 205 (the intermediate payment of KRW 17,250,00 on 19,00), KRW 29,560 on 20, KRW 197, KRW 200 on 19,50 on 196, KRW 200 on 29,200 on 196,2004,200.
