1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s principal suit against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), AB, Inc., and Defendant B.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant, around 2011, entered into a sales agency agreement with Taesung L&C, a company that constructs and sells Dtel (hereinafter “instant officetel”) on the ground of C, and entered into a sales agency agreement with P&D (hereinafter “P”) on behalf of the said officetel as an agent, and on August 10, 201, Taesung A&D entered into a sales agency agreement with Taesung L&D (hereinafter “T”) on behalf of the said officetel on behalf of the said officetel. The Defendant is a business employee in charge of the sales agency belonging to Tae Taesung L&D (hereinafter “T”), who is a business employee in charge of the sales agency that belongs to Tae Taesung A&D.

B. On February 23, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) visited the sales office of the instant officetel on February 24, 2012; (b) visited the Defendant B, who was in charge of the sales office of the instant officetel; and (c) concluded the sales contract of the instant officetel No. 706 (hereinafter “instant No. 706”) with the Defendant Company E Amtel Construction (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) on February 28, 2012, with Dtel No. 126,609,260; and (hereinafter “instant No. 706”) with the sales price of the instant officetel No. 318 (attached Form No. 2; hereinafter “instant No. 318”) from the Defendant Company on March 2, 2012, with the sales price of the instant officetel at KRW 106,57,970 (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contract”).

C. (18,91,390 won (including additional tax, 11,991,390 won on February 24, 2012, 200 won on February 24, 2012, 200,000 won on February 11, 2012, 200 won, 11,991,390 won on February 27, 2012), out of the sales price under subparagraph 706 of this case, the Plaintiff paid the part payment to the Defendant Company, and the part payment of KRW 25,321,850,21,850, 18,91,390 (including the part payment of KRW 17,70,00 among them), 3 tea, 18,91, 390 won (the part payment of KRW 17,700,000), 18,91, 390,390 won (the part payment of intermediate payment of KRW 105,2005).

She also objection the Defendant Company.
