Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall detached a motor vehicle registration number plate, except as permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor or otherwise provided for in other Acts.

Nevertheless, at around 07:29 on July 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed the seal of the registration number plate of C1 ton of cargo vehicle C in front of Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor; (b) removed it; and (c) detached the registration number plate on four occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.
