A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the mother of the victim B (the family name, the life, the age of 26) who is a person with severe intellectual disability.

1.
