A. On November 29, 2011, the Plaintiff entered the Army and discharged the Army from active service on August 28, 2013.

On May 26, 2016, the Plaintiff, at around April 2012, based on the difference in the application, was deemed as “Grari,” and the Plaintiff was dissatisfyed while performing the duty of counter-defenses during the training for Posting the Jan-si in the Gangnam-si training site located in Pakistan-si, and was dissatisfyed, but hereinafter “the instant accident”).

It has not received any particular treatment, and thereafter, the car maintenance and the long-term driving of the vehicle has deteriorated the hurgical pain.

The defendant filed an application for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished services to the State.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. On April 25, 2012, in the course of performing the duties of the counter-defense group in the training for evaluation of Postingsings, the symptoms have deteriorated in the course of performing the duties of the counter-defense group. Accordingly, the escape certificate of Posingsingsings was caused by the performance of duties or education and training directly related to the national defense and security, or the protection of the lives and property of the people, and thus, the escape certificate of Posingsingsingsingsings falls under the requirements of persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State (or the armed forces on duty) or at least 5-3,000,000 constitutes the requirements of persons eligible for veteran's compensation, and thus, the disposition of this case was unlawful on different premise.
