A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed a crime in order to avoid confusion in the political situation and to escape from it, and brought a mind to the prison.

1. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant damaged special goods for public use: (a) was prepared by a police box in order to prepare in advance and take a dangerous object (a) in the Dam, 8.5 cm, which was located in C; and (b) the Dom, 13:35 on March 16, 2015, led the Defendant to a defect in the repair cost.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged articles used by public offices.

2. In order to damage the glass of the entrance and exit of the police box, as described in paragraph (1), at the time and place of the foregoing paragraph (1), the Defendant committed violence, such as preparing for the complaint in advance, and making the stone with the stone, which is a dangerous object, fit for E’s bucks, so that it could be applied to E’s bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
