A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:50 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim was sleeped in Changwon-si B1 floor in Changwon-si, Masan-si B1 floor, and inside and outside a small bank, while drinking with the victim C, he was slicking the victim’s face, and was slicking the victim’s face by drinking with slicking the slick, and booming the victim’s shoulder and slick with other dangerous objects, and booming the victim’s shoulder, such as the victim’s shoulder, etc.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by citing the victim’s interest equivalent to KRW 500,00 of the market price owned by the victim and KRW 30,000 of the market price at the time and place of the above paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.

3. Private signature, forgery, and uttering of a false investigation or signature;

A. On February 24, 2019, around 01:40 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 01:40 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant: (b) was arrested in flagrant offender under the case related to paragraph (1); and (c) went to a pro-friendly F; (d) the name of G is “F”; (c) the resident registration number means “H”; and (d) signed the F as “F” in the signature column of the certificate of arrest of flagrant offender prepared by the said G in the name of “F”; and (e) issued the forged fact to G as if he were duly signed.

B. On February 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime around 02:41, Feb. 24, 2019, at the office of the Masan Police Station I and the office of the Masan District Police Station I and the office of the 147 Changwon-si, Changwon-si, as seen above, conducted as F in the above manner, and was examined by the police officer J and the assistant K, and then signed the “F” in the “person who made a statement” column of the suspect interrogation protocol, thereby forging F’s signature, and delivering the above suspect interrogation protocol to the police officer J who is aware of such forgery.
