Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven B cruise car from around 500 meters to around 120 meters in the same street from the day before the restaurant of the “Yancheon Ginseng Duplicing” located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the road of about 00 meters in front of the same street.
