Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a Bskn vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.149% at the 2km section from the 4.19 tower near the Gangseo-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Suwon-gu to the 102-knish Sea from the 4.19 tower to the 102-knish Sea.
