Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 30, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, i.e., e., the victim’s restaurant in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by putting the victim’s D’s cafeteria in line with his/her operation, and doing so to the victim under the influence of alcohol, i.e., “Chewing”, i., e., the victim, etc., at a large amount of time, i.e., “dining”, i., the victim, etc., was collected, i.e., steel scrap chairss, and the dispute, etc. at the same time.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by gathering one smelling the victim D owner’s smell at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and then gathering one smelling of the market price.

3. Performance of official duties.

A. On December 30, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant: (a) arrested a plaque as a flagrant offender suspected of frighting, as described in paragraphs (1) and (2), at the G District District District District of Bupyeong Police Station G District; (b) arrested him/her as a flagrant offender; and (c) confirmed his/her personal information from a police officer H (24 years old); and (d) assaulting a police officer, such as “grasium, chewing, chewing, and knife,” and assaulting him/her at a large scale, by threateninging him/her to “nick, knife, and knife, knife,” thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties relating to the maintenance of order and investigation duties.

B. On December 31, 2014, around 03:30 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant, who was arrested as a flagrant offender and handed over to the police station at the place specified in the third paragraph (a) as above, took a look back again, and asked Ha (24 years old) who was working at that place, to ask Ha (24 years old) the name of the police officer, who was working at that place, and expressed his desire to take care of the police officer’s order and investigation duties by intimidation, such as “Is the same weather age, the same year, and this year,” and “Is our father, who will go to the same person, will not go to, or will not go to, the police officer’s duty.”
