Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from June 13, 2012 to June 16, 2012, worked as an employee at the Daegu Suwon-gu D restaurant operated by the victim C.

1. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:40 on August 9, 2012, the Defendant: (b) stated that “D, in case of food, drink, and scenarios, is a cleaning agent” among 10 people, including restaurant employees F and customers.

However, in fact, in the above D cafeteria, only water is used in washing food, such as food materials, and there is no tax system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant spreads false facts as above and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business.

2. Around July 20, 2012, the Defendant, while talking about the benefits that the victim did not receive from the victim at the above D cafeteria, was openly insulting the victim by publicly insulting the victim by referring to the victim as the victim’s "Is to the next 13th day of the 13th day of the month" among 20 people, including G customers who are the said cafeteria, “Is to the next cafeteria and the next cafeteria,” and referring to the victim as the victim’s "Is to the next boys and the next cafeteria, Is to the public."
