1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 24% per annum from May 21, 2014 to the date of full payment.

According to the evidence Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the defendant, on December 11, 2013, paid the plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 by December 24, 2014, ② KRW 30,000,000 by March 20, 2014, ③ KRW 40,000,000 by May 20, 2014, respectively, and the defendant can be found to have prepared a written statement of payment that the plaintiff would pay 2% (24% per annum per annum) as of the date of the relevant payment. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff the amount of KRW 100,000,000 and damages for delay calculated by the rate from May 21, 2014 to the date following the last payment due date for which the plaintiff seeks.

2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted for reasons.
