1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the defendant prepared and delivered a written statement of payment stating that the defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff on March 29, 2012 by April 30, 2012.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above agreed amount of KRW 30,00,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 24, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
