A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an employer who ordinarily employs six workers at K in Gyeongcheon-gunJ of Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.
The Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 2,90,00 in December 2018, which was worked from November 1, 2018 to January 13, 2019 at the same place of business and KRW 1,216,129 in January 2019, total amount of KRW 4,116,129 in January 2019 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment deadline.
The Defendant is an employer who employs nine full-time workers at K in Gyeongcheon-gunJ of Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.
The Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 1,650,00 of the M’s wages in May 1, 2019, which was worked from September 11, 2018 to September 25, 2019 at the above workplace, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date, as stated in the No. 7 and No. 10 of the attached Table 7, the Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 6,325,00 of the worker M’s wages and retirement allowances of KRW 1,680,465, N’s retirement allowances of KRW 6,153,126 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date.
The Defendant is a user who runs textile manufacturing business with 16 full-time workers at K in the Gyeongcheon-gunJ of Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from September 8, 2018 to January 12, 2019 at the above workplace.
Wages of retired workers 7,200,000 won (wages 3,000,000 won on November 2018, wage 3,000,000 won on December 2018, and wage 1,200,000 won on January 2019) were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date.
