The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a representative of the Co., Ltd., located in B when the facts charged, who runs a construction business using four full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

The Defendant paid the total amount of KRW 8,534,270 from April 26, 2019 to November 30, 2019 to G’s wage of KRW 8,534,270 from April 26, 2019 to November 30, 2019; and paid KRW 9,180,00 from October 30 to November 11, 2019 to G’s wage of KRW 30 from October 30, 2019; and KRW 4,00 from April 26, 2019 to October 30, 201; and KRW 3,00 from October 26, 2019 to November 30, 2019 to G’s wage of KRW 8,534,270 from October 1, 201 to October 30, 201; and

Defendant 3 did not pay wages of 13,836,383 won from June 1, 2019 to August 20, 2019, wages of 7,469,927 won from June 2019 to August 20, 2019, wages of 6,567,087 won from June 2019 to 8, 2019, wages of 6,254,966 won from June 1, 2019 to 200, wages of 567,087 won from 2019 to 30 days from June 1, 2019, and wages of N working for the same period from June 28, 2019 to June 28, 207, 6,637, 437, 410, 410, 416, and 410 days from the date of agreement between the parties concerned.

As a result, the Defendant does not agree on the extension of the payment deadline to 41,416,00 won for 5 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement.
